Livability Magazine has released its inaugural list of the Best Places to Live in the United States. We are thrilled that White Plains was voted in as number 23 of the top 100 most livable places in the US! But hey, we knew that all along!
What makes a city livable? More importantly, what makes it livable for everyone. We searched the nation and partnered with Richard Florida's Prosperity Institute to run the numbers to create our inaugural list of the Best Places to Live.
